WHAT IS E-AUCTION?
E-Auction is a exactly similar to the usual auction, but conducted dynamically on the internet platform within pre-decided time frame, the prime motive of this procedure is to extract best possible worth of any given asset or commodity by various buyers across globe.
WHAT IS E-TENDER?
E-Tender too is similar to the manual Tender procedure. E-Tender is a static procedure unlike E-Auction; the buyer can post only one bid in E-Tendering procedure. All bids are then simultaneously handed over to the seller. The E-Tender procedure may also be used as a process for pre-qualification to E-Auction of Assets.
IS IT NECESSARY TO REGISTER WITH YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN E-AUCTION OR E-TENDER?
Yes, you have to complete registration procedure and become a member to participate in E-Auctions/ E-Tenders of assets uploaded on our portal. You would have to fill up the registration form online and complete the KYC requirements.
HOW TO FIND ASSETS?
Please locate the ‘Search’ panel at the top right of the homepage, click Search, and select any options from dropdown i.e., Asset, Sector, Region and Institution. Click on any option, and you will be able to view the catalogue of assets according to that.
If you select the Asset button, you will be able to view particular type of asset in a particular list, for instance; if you click on residential asset, you will be able to view all residential assets uploaded by various seller institution on the website. If you are interested in any particular asset, please select the button ‘see more’ besides every asset uploaded in a particular list, this will enable you to view the complete information available regarding that particular asset of your interest.
HOW TO BECOME MEMBER?
You need to fill the registration form and complete the KYC procedure, once KYC procedure is authenticated by our concerned officials; you are registered as member on our website.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP?
For Buyer
By becoming a member on our portal, you are provided a secure personalised account requiring your specified log-in password. Your multi-faceted ASSETVISTAS℠ account will enable you to receive information your preferred assets classes , and enable you to participate & bid in E-Auctions/E-Tenders when you so decide. You will also receive notifications in your email-id registered with us on your preferred assets whenever they are uploaded on the site.
For Sellers
On registering on ASSETVISTAS℠ as a seller we provide you a secure personalised online account with powerful tools to upload, edit and publish the E-Auction/E-Tender of your asset. Your E-Auction/E-Tender Notice will be distributed to buyers registered on the Portal. At end of the E-Auction/E-Tender the Portal will provide you the table of bids in appropriate order along with due validations. By becoming a member on our portal, you are facilitated by a personalised account which can be the log-in master for your all transactions and bids in which you participate from time to time. You receive notifications based on your preferences via emails, with every asset being uploaded on our portal.

DO I HAVE TO BE A PAN-CARD HOLDER?
Yes, it is essential for you to have a PAN to get registered on the portal.
WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS TO FULFIL THE KYC REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION ?
The registration form provides for the upload of the soft copies ( scan as .jpeg/.pdf files & .pfx file for digital signature) of the following documents required to fulfil the KYC requirements :
Scan copy of your PAN card.
Address Proof: Any one of these : Passport, Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Copy of Bank Passbook.
Bank Account Details : Details of at least one operative Savings Bank A/C of any nationalised bank being used by you for a period of at least one year preceding the date of registration. You will have to submit a copy of the passbook page showing customer details preferably containing your photo and statement of last 2 months preceding the date of registration on ASSETVISTAS℠.
Digital Signature : Your Digital Signature along with your Public Key has to be uploaded at the time of Registration.
WILL THERE BE A VERIFICATION OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS?
Yes. Our representatives will approach you for the verification. However please note that we will send you prior intimation of such verification process at your registered email before our representative contacts you to fix the verification visit.
HOW TO LOGIN?
Once you are done with filling up of Registration Form and submission of KYC documents, our concerned officials acknowledge and send you the verification email, once you get verified by entering appropriate email ID and password, you get logged in.
